Who doesn’t love teriyaki anything? Heres a simple and versatile teriyaki glaze that works great on so many things from fish and salmon, to burgers, to chicken. It’s slightly thicker than your traditional teriyaki sauce, and a bit sweeter too which I happen to love! Try it on my Teriyaki Salmon Burgers.
Sweet Teriyaki Glaze
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp. ground ginger
- Combine all ingredients. Store refrigerated for up to two weeks.
- Brush over your favorite meat, seafood, or veggies.
